The impact you’ll makeAt Lam, as a Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will take the lead in managing the product and commercial strategy for CVD and ALD metal deposition products. In this role, you will be responsible for ALTUS product marketing within the Direct Metals Business Unit (DMBU), including molybdenum and tungsten deposition products. This position is part of the Deposition Product Group (DPG) business development organization, working closely with the DMBU. Typical interactions include cross‑functional collaboration with product group engineering, technology, and product management teams, as well as business development and regional sales teams.What you’ll doAssess market requirements, SAM, competitive intelligence (CI), and pricing to create Market Requirements Specifications (MRS) for PDR deliverables.Develop product competitive intelligence for use in MRS, roadmaps, pricing, and positioning.Provide application model inputs, including product positioning for N+2, pricing, and estimated productivity improvements; serve as a model reviewer.Maintain a cost‑of‑ownership (CoO) model for the product, competitor CoO models, and positioning collateral, using CoO as a strategic selling value.Develop and maintain sales collateral.Define pricing for new products and features through value analysis and set target pricing.Who we’re looking forTechnical bachelor’s degree or related field with 15+ years of experience; or a master’s degree with 12+ years of experience; or a PhD with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent industry experience.Deposition process experience and middle‑of‑line (MOL) interconnect integration knowledge.Creative thinking, problem‑solving, troubleshooting capabilities, and strong analytical skills.Demonstrated customer engagement experience with clear communication and presentation skills.Preferred qualificationsExperience in the semiconductor equipment space for 10+ years.Experience coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams.Comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time.Our commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
