About the Position

Location: Indiana

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Duration: July 2026 – December 2026
➡️ Potential extension through July 2027

Position Overview

• Setting: Outpatient clinic only
• ⏰ FTE: 1.0 (full-time coverage needed)
• ❌ No holidays, no overtime

Commitment Requirement

• Minimum 2 weeks per month
• At least 4–6 months total commitment

Compensation Highlights

Within 50 miles:

• $525 – $688/hour
• Holiday: 1.5x hourly rate
• ‍ Orientation: Paid at standard rate

Outside 50 miles (Travel Included ✈️):

• $580 – $743/hour
• Holiday: 1.5x hourly rate
• ‍ Orientation: Paid at standard rate

‍⚕️ Requirements

• Board Certified in:
  ✔️ Medical Oncology
  ✔️ Hematology/Oncology
  ✔️ Hematology

• Active License or IMLC (LOQ in hand accepted)
