Schedule: 5 days per week; may include weekends; arrival 6:30 AM; typical exits 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, or 6:00 PM; typically 40 to 45 hours per week
Call: No call, no nights, no holidays
Travel and Lodging: Full travel is available based on provider availability
EMR: Paper

Position Overview

• Anesthesiologist coverage with a high emphasis on regional anesthesia skills
• Must be extremely proficient with nerve blocks
• Case mix includes endoscopy, urology, orthopedics, spine, podiatry, GYN, general surgery, ophthalmology, ENT

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana license (Kentucky license may be accepted for this practice)
• Board certified
• BLS and ACLS
• DEA

Credentialing

• Temporary privileges noted; estimated credentialing timeframe 7 days
