Product Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a multi-talented Product Manager to own the day-to-day development of our Managed-Service Application , a key strategic initiative that enables SMBs, advertisers, and performance agencies to work with the managed-service team plan, launch, and optimize their CTV campaigns. 

This role will own the execution of our managed-service application. Writing requirements, managing sprint workflows, and turning feedback into product improvements. You’ll work closely with Engineering to move projects forward and ensure the app delivers a high-quality experience for internal and external users. You should be comfortable working across multiple product domains and making practical decisions that balance speed, usability and long-term value. 

As part of a small but growing product team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across domains and help share how Product is done at Jamloop. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience from one or more key areas of a DSP or other adtech platform, such as forecasting, activation and audience targeting, reporting, measurement, supply, or bidding. This candidate should be able to translate this expertise into product value

\n What You’ll Do

• Serve as a PM for the managed-service app, with ownership of its development, iteration and progress toward key milestones

• Write clear actionable user stories and product documentation, supporting our commitment to a writing culture that improves alignment and decision-making. 

• Drive product efforts beyond launch, ensuring features are adopted, understood, and delivering real value. 

• Focus deeply on understanding and framing user problems, not just listing features or building what’s been requested

• Collaborate closely with Engineering on sprint planning, QA, and execution

• Turn user feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights

• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure teams are equipped with the right documentation and tools

• Contribute to product processes as we scale, including retros, feedback loops and better scrum ceremonies for high-velocity execution

What You'll Bring

• 3 years adtech product management experience, or martech, and SaaS company

• Direct experience working within a DSP or similar, preferably in at least one of the following areas

  • Planning / Forecasting

  • Audience Targeting and Activation 

  • Reporting / Measurement 

  • Supply Path / Bidding logic 

• Exceptional written communication and a belief in documentation as a key driver of alignment and quality

• Experience working closely with engineers and shipping product in an agile environment

• Proven ability to focus on the right problems, using data, curiosity, and judgment to avoid building for the sake of building 

• Comfort managing execution independently, but also confident enough to ask for help or alignment when needed
