Senior Accountant

Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Location and Compensation Location: Oakland County Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls Collaborate with auditors during annual audits Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff Qualifications CPA designation required Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Why Join Us?
