Employment Attorney

Full-service, midsize firm with a strong management-side employment and litigation practice is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join their team in Portland, OR. This is a hybrid remote role.Key Responsibilities Include:Handle employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings.Take and defend depositions and support oral argument preparation.Respond to state and federal administrative charges on behalf of employers.Advise employers and HR professionals on workplace compliance issues.Draft, revise, and update employer policies and employee handbooks.Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000.
