As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will help mentor junior analysts, be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position along with support to the FP&A team.This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.What You Will DoLead the EAC (Estimate at Complete), Earned Value and Budget Change Requests (BCR) processes, as well as Budget Sign Up during program startup and Baseline activities as new scope is awardedMentor and Develop other analysts within the teamSupport approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systemsPreparation and presenting of Earned Value (EV) financial data for Monthly Operating Reviews, Financial Reviews etc.Program control including understanding and interpreting monthly variance analysis, billingSupport program offset projectsSupport Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as requiredQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of experienceExperience in program controls and/or Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)Experience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, AO, or similar processesExperience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts, systems, and/or processesQualifications We PreferAbility to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment while managing workload independently and prioritizing effectivelyAbility to communicate effectively with peers, cross functional teammates & all levels of leadershipAnalytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsExperience in collecting, synthesizing, and presenting information for decision-makingCertification in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certificationExperience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointThe salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
