Your Next Pour: The Opportunity Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Manufacturing Supervisor to support the Packaging Department to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met. We are looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role will be responsible for: Ensuring team compliance with all safety policies and procedures Maintaining product quality and sanitation standards Optimizing operational efficiencies to support blending and production Tracking operational output measures (efficiency, yield loss, product quality, inventory accuracy, transactional accuracy), anticipating and correcting trends that would compromise achievement of financial targets Developing team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and reach short‑ and long‑term performance goals The Perfect Blend: Experience Delivering effective change leadership to drive business changes while minimizing people impact Communicating and collaborating cross‑functionally to assist the team to solve operational issues Motivating team members to achieve plan goals Incorporating Productivity, Yield Loss, TPM and Innovation initiatives into the Manufacturing strategic plan Building people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for frontline hourly personnel Developing training and organization capability assessments to support business initiatives Supporting cross‑functional strategic plans as needed through implementation and execution Maintaining a regular presence on the plant floor Administering policies and procedures Tackling ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies Structuring and prioritizing tasks and focusing efforts in an ambiguous work environment Demonstrating ability to implement short‑ and long‑term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation Foundational Ingredients: Requirements 3‑5 years supervising in food and beverage manufacturing Candidate based in Fort Pierce, FL Role requires off‑shift and/or weekend work Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, supply chain, or a similar field Experience developing/coaching hourly staff preferred Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications Perks That Pack a Punch TBG is pleased to offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, company‑provided life, STD and LTD insurance.
