We’re looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who can keep repair requests moving and residents informed. You’ll be the point person from the first call through completion: gathering details, arranging service, following up on progress, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a great fit for someone who stays calm when plans change, communicates clearly, and takes pride in getting problems solved.

• Receive service requests, assess urgency, and arrange the right next steps.

• Dispatch technicians and contractors, confirm appointments, and follow jobs through completion.

• Keep residents and owners updated on timing and progress.

• Maintain accurate work orders, invoices, and service records.

• Escalate urgent or recurring problems and help prevent small issues from becoming bigger ones.

• Experience in maintenance coordination, property management, construction administration, or a similar service role.

• Strong follow-through and the ability to manage several open requests at once.

• A professional, helpful approach to residents, owners, and tradespeople.

• Comfort using software to document work and communicate updates.

• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate auto insurance for occasional site visits.
