Associate Director of Communications
Virtual Vocations Inc
Reporting to the Director of CTDO & Global PDS Operations, the full-time Associate Director of Communications will develop and execute strategic communications initiatives for Product Development and External Manufacturing, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and translating complex concepts into engaging communications. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated communications strategies that align with Product Development and External Manufacturing priorities Provide strategic communications counsel to leadership teams, enhancing their ability to communicate organizational priorities and initiatives effectively Manage external communications initiatives to strengthen the reputation of Product Development and External Manufacturing through media relations and thought leadership opportunities Required Qualifications 7 to 10 years of communications experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, business, life sciences, or a related field Proven ability to counsel and influence senior leaders in a complex organization Experience in scientific, technical, or operational communications preferred Strong proficiency with digital communications platforms and content development
