Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy approaches that empower them to meet their functional goals

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide holistic care

• Track Progress: Evaluate treatment efficacy and modify plans as necessary to keep patients on their recovery path

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for continued education and post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
