Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions to address complex business challenges. Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to enhance information retrieval and contextual understanding. Develop vectorization pipelines for efficient similarity search, embeddings, and semantic data processing. Analyze large, unstructured datasets and translate findings into actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems. Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in NLP and generative AI. Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in real-world applications. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles. Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vectorization techniques. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers. Strong understanding of NLP, semantic search, and AI‑driven knowledge management systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML workloads is a plus. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.
