Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong Release Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Technical understanding of Application Architecture, Databases, APIs, Microservices, and System Integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, Agile Reporting, Dashboards, and Workflow Management.
• Experience working with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple Agile teams.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile Scrum delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution of Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a technical leader and delivery partner with strong understanding of application architecture, system integrations, APIs, databases, infrastructure, and end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of application functionality, technical dependencies, database concepts, data flows, interfaces, and production support processes to effectively drive delivery discussions and decision-making.
• Own and coordinate release management activities, including release planning, deployment readiness, environment coordination, change management, production implementation, and post-release validation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, Development Teams, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Database, and Operations teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and self-organizing team behaviors.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team performance while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Drive Agile governance and reporting through metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Sprint Health, Release Progress, Capacity Planning, Predictability, and Delivery Forecasting.
• Leverage advanced Jira and Confluence expertise to manage Agile workflows, configure boards, dashboards, reports, custom workflows, issue lifecycle management, and end-to-end traceability.
• Ensure adherence to Agile delivery standards, release governance processes, SDLC controls, compliance requirements, and organizational best practices.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across business, technology, compliance, risk, and operations teams to support enterprise-scale delivery initiatives.
• Support technical discussions related to architecture changes, database impacts, system integrations, performance considerations, defect management, and production incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing team performance metrics, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions to improve delivery outcomes.
