Whether you're an experienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team committed to quality care, professional development, and helping you grow in the field of ABA.WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autismImplement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection systemSupport communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill developmentFollow individualized behavior intervention and safety plansCollaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progressMaintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and familiesComplete required documentation accurately and on timePOSITION DETAILSPay: $22.00–$27.00 per hourRequired Availability: (Mon, Wed, Fri), 1:00 PM - 6:00 PMService Setting: In-ClinicThe days and times listed represent the availability required for this position and do not guarantee a specific work schedule, client assignment, or minimum number of hours.
