Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse - RN

Role Manages home therapies programs, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and program growth. Responsibilities Oversees multiple programs, including results, growth, patient retention, staffing, and costs. Aligns activities with strategic plans, implements quality standards, and promotes program expansion. Manages patient care from admission to discharge, training patients and caregivers for safe home dialysis. Ensures staff competency in equipment operation and troubleshooting, maintains staffing, supplies, and equipment. Supports quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Hires, coaches, and evaluates staff, fostering a motivated and compliant workforce. Performs data entry, manages documentation, and ensures audit readiness. Qualifications & Skills Registered nurse (RN) license with current licensure. At least one year of nursing and six months of dialysis nursing experience. Leadership experience with supervisory or management roles preferred. Strong communication, team-building, and results-oriented skills. CPR certification required. Additional Information Physical demands include patient handling and equipment management.
