CDR ProSource is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician II for a full-time, second-shift opportunity in Kalamazoo, MI. This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities who can help maintain, repair, and support production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Pay: $27.00–$30.00 per hour

Requirements

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.

• Perform equipment repairs and adjustments to minimize production downtime.

• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues.

• Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other maintenance tools safely.

• Complete assigned work orders and accurately document maintenance activities.

• Support equipment installations, repairs, and improvement projects as needed.

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Work closely with production and maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and equipment troubleshooting.

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

• Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, or technical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs.

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and equipment reliability.

• Dependable attendance and ability to work a full-time second-shift schedule.

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the shift.
