Mortgage Commissions & Compensation Analyst
SWBC Mortgage
SWBC Mortgage Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented professional to interpret and track variable compensation agreements, executing calculations and payments across multiple pay cycles. The role includes creating and posting all related journal entries and performing reconciliations to ensure GAAP-compliant payroll transactions. The candidate will prepare accruals, reconcile payables, and generate production reports for mortgage employees, supporting the accounting team and vendor setup as #J-18808-Ljbffr SWBC Mortgage
