In this role, you'll work closely with department leadership to streamline operations, oversee financial reporting and budgeting, coordinate strategic initiatives, and help ensure the department operates efficiently while delivering exceptional client service. Manage department budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and recommendations. Coordinate department projects, timelines, and strategic initiatives. Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership. Develop dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics. Organize department meetings, calendars, and planning sessions. Support attorney and staff onboarding and offboarding. Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Recruiting, and other firm departments. Drive process improvements and support technology initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of operations, project management, or financial analysis experience. Law firm or professional services experience preferred. Experience managing budgets and financial reporting. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with Power BI, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar tools preferred. Familiarity with legal software such as iManage or billing systems is a plus.
