Quality Technician

Quality TechnicianPerform analytical and microbiological testing to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and aseptic standards. Support in-process, finished product, and environmental testing using validated methods and laboratory best practices.What You'll DoMonitor food safety controls and critical parameters (thermal processing, sterilization)Perform production line quality checks and escalate issues as neededSupport testing of new formulations and packaging materialsConduct pre-op inspections, cleaning verification, and allergen swabbingTrain team members on GMP and food safety practicesAnalyze data to identify trends and drive continuous improvementMaintain lab equipment and work areas in compliance with GMP/GLPManage non-conforming materials and support root cause investigationsTroubleshoot production issues to minimize downtimeParticipate in internal audits and quality system complianceWhat We're Looking ForAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in QA within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
