Strategic Talent & Leadership Development Lead

The Brydon Group

The Brydon Group is seeking a Manager of Talent & Development in Washington, D.C. to lead talent development programming across the organization and portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in leadership development and will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives. This role entails designing structured development programs, identifying talent needs, and managing external partners.
