Refer a friend who’d be a great fit for One GI and earn a special bonus when they join the team!Snapshot of Daily Duties:Patient Care & Clinical ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage new patient consults and follow-up visitsProvide routine and urgent follow-up care in the clinicCommunicate patient care plans, visit notes, and results with supervising physiciansProcedures & Clinical ServicesG-tube changesHemorrhoid banding (training provided)Medication administration and injectionsOrdering and interpreting lab tests and diagnostic proceduresPatient Education & Care CoordinationPerform comprehensive physical exams and document findingsEducate patients about conditions, medications, and treatment plansProvide guidance on health maintenance and illness preventionConnect patients with community resources when appropriateMaintain accurate patient records and documentationProvide telephone triage and consultation for patient concernsThe Must Haves:Registered Nursing license as well as degree level required by each state to obtain NP license.Graduate of an accredited program and board certified with prescriptive authority.Strong interpersonal skills are a must, knowledge of billing services is required, understands the various responsibilities physician/NP/Patient relationship.Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with certification by a national Nurse Practitioner certification board.Three (3) years professional nursing experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
