Human Resources Generalist - Bilingual

Morales Professional is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations for its manufacturing and distribution team in Lebanon, IN. This in-person role works with employees and leaders across first and second shift in a facility expected to reach about 300 employees when fully staffed. The position offers a competitive salary range, plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, time off, and long-term savings. Compensation: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year, with up to 65K and 10% bonus potential . Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems. Prepare onboarding materials and help lead new employee orientation. Respond to routine questions about benefits, HR policies, and workplace processes. Support employee relations, training, engagement events, and HR projects. Assist with payroll and compliance activities and look for opportunities to improve HR processes. Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish , with the ability to communicate effectively with employees in both languages. At least 2 years of HR or related administrative experience. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus). Strong organization and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office , plus familiarity with HR systems and employment practices. Availability to support first and second shift , including a split schedule twice per week.
