We are looking for individuals who: Currently possess a current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification Are Compassionate Enjoy Helping Others Are Empathetic Are Caring The Role: The Medical Assistant (MA) provides direct services to clients as well as consultation with team members regarding medical services as instructed by the Medical Director or an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. What you will do: Conduct comprehensive and/or ongoing bio-medical assessment Takes vital signs Assesses for signs of communicable diseases Conducts triage and identifies clients who need to be seen by a physician Determines the need for wellness education, physical health treatment, and/or psychiatric evaluation May perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Certified Medication Aide or Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) certificate is required At least two years MA experience in mental health services with adolescents and/or adults who have addiction and/or mental illness is preferred Completion of a pre-employment drug screen Completion of a background check Satisfactory Driving Record If you meet the above qualifications, this is the role for you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Wyoming Counseling Center
