Software Engineer

This role is focused on designing, building, and enhancing enterprise software solutions that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to develop innovative applications, leverage AI‑driven technologies, and deliver scalable products using modern software engineering practices. What are the responsibilities? Architect, develop, test, and troubleshoot complex software applications and systems. Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and deliver effective technical solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and process guidelines. Apply artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies to improve business workflows and operational efficiency. Develop and integrate AI‑powered capabilities into production environments while following responsible AI practices. Enhance and support existing applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Explore emerging technologies and continuously expand technical expertise to drive innovation. What are the requirements? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred 5+ years professional software development experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), AI development tools, and Azure DevOps Familiarity with AI‑assisted development, prompt engineering, and generative AI technologies Advanced knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and modern development technologies Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high‑performing software solutions Strong database design and querying skills Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and critical‑thinking abilities Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills You would be really happy here if: You think outside the box and can find solutions where others just see a roadblock.
