IVR WFM Verint Development
Experienced in designing, developing, and supporting IVR solutions, Workforce Management WFM applications, and Verint platform integrations.
Skilled in call flow development, routing strategies, workforce forecasting and scheduling, reporting, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support to improve customer experience and operational efficiency across contact center environments.

Minimum Years of Experience:
10+ years
