OHIP Project Coordinator - Global Hotel Technology Migration & Implementation Support

Must Have Coordinate hotel migration activities from OXI integrations to OHIP Serve as a primary coordination point between Hyatt, vendors, and hotel stakeholders Manage vendor readiness activities and implementation checklists Track vendor deliverables and timelines Assist with global rollout activities supporting Opera Cloud adoption Position Overview Hyatt is seeking an OHIP Project Coordinator to support its Global Property Management team during the migration of hotels worldwide from legacy Oracle Hospitality integrations (OXI) to the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP) as part of the organization's Opera Cloud transformation initiative. This role is heavily focused on implementation coordination, vendor management, project tracking, readiness activities, and stakeholder communication across global hotel deployments. This is not a hands‑on technical engineering role. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating implementation activities, managing vendor communications, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring hotels and partners are prepared for successful platform transitions. What Hyatt Actually Needs Hyatt is looking for a Project Coordinator who can manage vendor readiness, implementation timelines, communications, and deployment activities during a large‑scale global migration from OXI integrations to OHIP and Opera Cloud.
