Adaptabilidad en entornos dinámicos y de alta demanda. ¿Cuál es el puesto? Pricing Manager Serás responsable de maximizar el revenue de taquilla mediante la definición, implementación y seguimiento de estrategias de precios, colaborando estrechamente con promotores, equipos de ticketing, operaciones y áreas de negocio para optimizar el desempeño comercial de cada evento. ¿Qué harás en el puesto? Diseñar e implementar estrategias de precios para maximizar el ingreso de taquilla. Analizar tendencias de mercado, comportamiento de ventas y demanda para identificar oportunidades de optimización. Definir, monitorear y ajustar precios durante el ciclo de vida de los eventos. Presentar resultados, análisis y cumplimiento de KPIs a los distintos stakeholders. Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para la correcta ejecución de estrategias de pricing. Participar presencialmente en eventos para identificar oportunidades de generación de ingresos adicionales. Generar análisis de datos y recomendaciones que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones comerciales. ¿Qué buscamos en la persona que se sume al equipo? Formación Licenciatura en Economía, Actuaría, Administración, Ingeniería en Datos, Inteligencia de Negocios o carreras afines. Experiencia Más de 7 años en pricing, revenue management, análisis comercial o áreas similares. Experiencia en investigación de mercados y benchmarking de precios. Análisis de ventas y construcción de estrategias comerciales basadas en datos. Manejo de grandes volúmenes de información y explotación de bases de datos. Conocimientos técnicos Excel intermedio/avanzado. Tableau y/o Power BI. SQL, Python, Big Query o Power Query (deseable). ERP's como SAP, Oracle o Dynamics (deseable). Inglés avanzado. Competencias Pensamiento analítico. Comunicación efectiva. Organización y planeación. Orientación a objetivos. Atención al detalle. Trabajo colaborativo.
