Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enterprise Software Finance Information Technology Property & Casualty Insurance InsurTech Productivity Tools H1B Sponsor Likely Responsibilities Pricing implementation - partner with the Product Launch team to translate approved pricing & packaging updates into every step of the Quote-to-Cash workflow, ensuring a seamless rollout Cross-functional coordination - align Product Management, Finance, GTM Ops, Legal, and Revenue Recognition teams to execute pricing proposals on time and in full compliance Pricing collateral stewardship - own the central library of Highspot materials, pricing release roadmap and SKU release catalogs so all stakeholders always reference the most current pricing materials Sales enablement - design and deliver training, playbooks, and quoting tools that empower sales team and partners to price and packaging deals accurately and confidently Best-practice documentation - document and maintain pricing playbooks, pricing launch templates, and knowledge-base articles that codify industry standards and internal policies Continuous process improvement - identify and implement enhancements that streamline pricing and licensing operations, boosting speed, accuracy, and scalability Qualification Pricing operations Quote-to-Cash processes Project management SaaS experience Salesforce proficiency Cross-functional coordination Business acumen Communication Organizational skills Attention to detail Required Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing operations, GTM operations, or project management roles within a SaaS or enterprise software environment, with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or 3 years with a PhD; or equivalent practical experience Deep familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and systems (e.g., Salesforce and other CRM platforms) Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and execute on tight deadlines Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise software commercial models Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to prioritize effectively Experience launching new pricing or packaging models in global B2B SaaS environments Familiarity with licensing models and SKU management in complex software portfolios Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management tools AI-driven enterprise scenario planning and analysis platform.
