Job Description Create job travelers for production Process purchase orders in an accurate and efficient manner into the company’s ERP System (Epicor 10) following company policies and procedures Understand and maintain document control according to company policy Provide customers with order acknowledgements and address any changes that need to be made to the purchase order Field incoming telephone calls, identify their location and purpose, and forward them to appropriate personnel or departments in the absence of a Customer Service Representative Coordinate with the Customer Relationship Managers and Customer Service Manager Maintain a customer-oriented and polite demeanor while representing yourself professionally Qualifications Ability to employ excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service Ability to work as a member of a team without direct supervision Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology Must be familiar with Windows operating system (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Excellent typing and 10-key skills Have an advanced understanding of an ERP system Ability to add and subtract real numbers and to complete simple calculations Education Required High School diploma or equivalent is required Physical Requirements Frequently required to sit for long periods of time. Occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
