Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)

About the Role

Balance Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented PMC-OM Clerk to support production, materials, and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in keeping production schedules on track, monitoring inventory, and ensuring products are built and shipped on time.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Mexico to help maintain smooth production flow and accurate order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily production schedules and customer orders from start to finish
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and provide updates to the team
• Assist with production meetings and follow up on action items
• Update and manage orders in SAP
• Track materials to ensure production readiness
• Support inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
• Create shipping documentation for finished goods and materials
• Assist shipping team and troubleshoot system issues with IT
• Provide administrative support to supervisors and managers
• Help train new employees and support special projects
• Follow and support all safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in production, materials, or order management
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• SAP experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
• Team-oriented and willing to support coordination and training

Preferred

• Experience working with production, inventory, or shipping reports
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Education

• High school diploma required
• Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking up to 4–6 hours per shift
• Frequent typing, data entry, and document handling
• Occasional travel to Juárez, Mexico may be required
• Overtime based on business needs
