Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible). One weekend day per month if needed, with a weekday flex day provided. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a premier healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients across varied age groups. This position requires collaboration with a skilled team to support patient rehabilitation and recovery. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients’ daily functioning. Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families about the therapeutic process and home exercise programs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 1-2 years of acute care experience is required. Current occupational therapy license in the state of New Mexico.
