As a Busser, you'll play an important role in supporting the restaurant team and ensuring guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining experience. You'll work closely with servers, hosts, food runners, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations and deliver outstanding hospitality.

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests have finished dining
• Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and other service items from tables
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas between guest seatings
• Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments
• Refill water glasses and assist guests as needed
• Replenish napkins, salt and pepper shakers, condiments, and other dining room supplies
• Assist servers with food delivery when needed
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
• Support opening and closing side work duties
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Work collaboratively with all restaurant team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout the shift
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
