As a Busser, you'll play an important role in supporting the restaurant team and ensuring guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining experience. You'll work closely with servers, hosts, food runners, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations and deliver outstanding hospitality.
What You'll Do- Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests have finished dining
- Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and other service items from tables
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas between guest seatings
- Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments
- Refill water glasses and assist guests as needed
- Replenish napkins, salt and pepper shakers, condiments, and other dining room supplies
- Assist servers with food delivery when needed
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
- Support opening and closing side work duties
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Work collaboratively with all restaurant team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout the shift
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
