About the RoleThe Operations function covers trade operations, fund and corporate administration, compliance administration, HR, and the general running of the firm. This role works across all of these areas. The scope is broad by design; candidates should expect generalist work rather than a single functional track.Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.ResponsibilitiesTrade OperationsRun start-of-day and end-of-day workflows: verify trade capture and bookings against broker records; reconcile positions, cash, and margin across broker statements, OEMS/platform data, and internal books; investigate and resolve breaksWork with brokers, counterparties, and OEMS/platform vendors on data, connectivity, and operational issuesSupport broker and platform onboarding: due diligence questionnaires, account documentation, and reporting setupDocument recurring workflows, improve or automate manual processes where possibleCompliance AdministrationConduct research on specific compliance and regulatory topics as assigned, and summarize findings into internal briefing materialsMaintain the firm's compliance calendar covering licensing and annual/ongoing filing obligations; keep recordkeeping, training logs, and attestation records currentPrepare materials for external counsel and consultants as directedBusiness OperationsHandle day-to-day office administration: vendors, supplies, travel, and liaison with external IT providersSupport ad hoc projects for senior team membersRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree; 1–3 years of experience in operations, middle/back office, or fund administration xhyhwjd at a fund, fund administrator, prime broker, or investment bank preferred — strong recent graduates will also be consideredFluent in Chinese and English with strong reading and writing skillsFast learner with strong resilience under pressure and a high degree of self-motivation; willing to take on challenges and complete assigned tasks on timeStrong communication skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrentlyProficient in Excel; comfort with documentation tools (e.g., Notion).
