Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure/certification for Texas
• Experience providing both direct and indirect SLP services, preferably in a school setting
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also participating in collaborative teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting students’ communication and academic success

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions for eligible students
• Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with instructional and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and reports
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Contribute to team meetings, professional development, and advisory sessions
