Start your new career as a Shipping and Receiving Associate with MAU at our client in Conyers, GA. As a Shipping and Receiving Associate , you will be responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming materials, supplies, and products.

- 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

- Associates degree, highly preferred
- 1 - 3+ years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 26 - 50 pounds
- Ability to stoop and bend
- Receive goods, verify items against the record of shipment, and inspect condition
- Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used
- Record received and shipped items according to established procedures
- Supervise processes and procedures in receiving and shipping department
- Ensure that goods are verified against records of shipment
- Oversee the inspection of goods received
- Supervise the maintenance of records of damaged or defective items and discrepancies in quantities and weights, and record time, date, quantity, source, and destination of materials received or shipped
- Responsible for ensuring goods are shipped as required to manufacturing facilities if recycled materials, or to customer location or distribution center if finished goods
- Perform other tasks as assigned
