Job Title: Experienced Banquet Server

Location: Atlanta Airport Area

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Shift: Flexible shifts; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required

We are seeking experienced Banquet Servers to join our hospitality staffing team. Candidates should have previous banquet, catering, restaurant, or event-service experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

This position is ideal for dependable, customer-focused individuals who take pride in providing excellent service at weddings, corporate events, banquets, conferences, and other special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service areas
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently
• Follow banquet event orders and instructions from event supervisors
• Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized dining and service area
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown
• Provide courteous and attentive service to guests
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
• Work effectively as part of a banquet and catering team

Required Qualifications

• Previous banquet serving or similar hospitality experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to carry trays and lift event-service supplies as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Must be available for flexible scheduling based on event needs

Preferred Qualifications

• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Previous catering, hotel, restaurant, or special-event experience
• Experience with plated, buffet, and formal banquet service
