Employee Benefits Account Manager
Manage day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts including renewals, enrollments, and terminations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of plan documents and communications
Coordinate with insurance carriers and third-party administrators to resolve issues
Work with vendors to address billing and claims-related concerns
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
Stay updated on industry trends, compliance, and product offerings
Active Life and Health insurance license
Experience in employee benefits account management
Knowledge of group benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Retirement savings plan with employer contribution
