Requirements St. Joseph’s Health in Syracuse NY is currently seeking CRNAs to start December 2026 for an ongoing assignment through June 2027! This position requires coverage in the hospital operating rooms endoscopy unit cardiac lab and ambulatory surgery center. Schedule: Client is looking for 2-3 FTES. No call is required for CRNAs. They have 1 CRNA in house for evenings nights weekends.This position will be supervised but they need to be able to function independently. MDs supervise 1:4 ratio and 1:2 for cardiac so the MD is not always in the room.Patient Demographic: Adult Geriatric and 16.Will have scrub techs RN circulators Anesthesia techs.15 Main ORs 4 ASCBlocks are not required.Trauma Level 2EMR: EpicWill reimburse for all travelClient will consider locum locum to perm and perm candidates! Rates to be submitted: Malpractice rates must be include in ratesOrientation RateHourly Holiday HourlyOvertime Overtime is paid after a scheduled shift of 0700-1730 and not after 40 hours worked. The CRNA's can work 50 hours but it would be at their rate until they work after 1730 daily. Holiday overtimeConversion Fee: 15k Tier 1: Hourly: 260 and below Tier 2: Hourly: 261-300 **Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.**



Schedule Days, 10 hour shifts, 7a-5:30p
