Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification is required
• Valid Oregon state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Experience in Imaging, including Radiology Tech, CT Tech, and X-ray Tech responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols regarding radiation and patient care
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced setting
• Outstanding communication skills, with a patient-focused attitude
• Familiarity with EMR systems and digital imaging software

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray and CT scans according to established protocols
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and proper technique to acquire high-quality images
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver timely, precise diagnostic information
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any issues promptly
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with organizational standards
• Prioritize patient safety by adhering to infection control, radiation protection, and confidentiality policies
• Educate patients on procedures and provide reassurance throughout the imaging process
