Role Snapshot — Bardstown, KY
We’re looking for an Industrial MIG/Stick Welding Fabricator who takes pride in precision, safety, and on-time delivery. If you excel at turning prints into finished assemblies, you’ll thrive here.
Your Impact- Convert technical drawings into accurate fits and weldments.
- Produce strong, consistent welds using MIG and SMAW (stick).
- Assemble and fabricate metal components into equipment and structures.
- Verify weld quality through inspection and testing to meet standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized workstation and follow safety protocols.
- Coordinate with peers and supervisors to achieve schedule targets.
- Conduct routine maintenance to keep welding equipment operating at peak performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification a plus.
- Hands-on welding background in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of welding processes, materials, and best practices.
- Comfortable reading blueprints and technical specs.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; able to work solo or collaboratively.
- Understands and applies fabrication safety standards.
- Tape measure reading and accurate layout
