General Overview
APEX TK is looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to utilize your expertise in mission/software assurance, system architecture, and interface design. The selected candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and quality of hardware/software systems, contribute to architectural decisions, and design robust interfaces for seamless integration across MDS platforms.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Participate in hardware/software engineering activities to include mission/software assurance, code reviews, static analysis, testing, and engineering reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide input to programs on software architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality, security, and performance.
- Ensure hardware/software engineering/assurance processes are acceptable and reports are assessed.
- Provide technical guidance assessing objective evidence for hardware/software engineering.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience in hardware/software engineering processes
- Extensive experience in hardware/software assurance processes
- Experience assessing objective evidence for hardware/software engineering
- Professional communications and organization skills
- 12+ years of related professional experience
- Master's Degree in relevant STEM Field
- Active Secret Clearance
