School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Greater Seattle Area Are you a Speech‑Language Pathologist looking for a more supportive, therapist-focused staffing experience? We are currently partnering with schools throughout the Greater Seattle Area to identify passionate, student‑centered SLPs for school‑based opportunities. What We Offer Competitive compensation ($60+/hr) Personalized placement support Direct, responsive communication Advocacy for manageable caseloads and clinician support Opportunities across elementary, middle, and high school settings W-2 contract positions Responsibilities Provide speech‑language therapy services to students in school settings Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirementsSupport students’ communication skills in academic and social environments Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Active Washington SLP license & ESA required ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CF candidates encouraged to apply Previous school‑based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
