Responsibilities & Qualifications Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting. Collaboratively work with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment. Hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state of employment. Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation. Pay close attention to detail and ensure timely documentation.
