Bilingual incentive: 2–5% increase in base salary. What You’ll Do Provide one‑on‑one occupational therapy for children and teens aged 0–21. Develop individualized, play‑based treatment plans. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members. Share strategies and tools to support families at home. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation. What You’ll Need Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university. State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License. CPR certification. Experience working in pediatrics preferred. Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic. Ability to utilize a play‑based approach. A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit. Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces. Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Responsibilities Evaluate individuals aged 0–21 to determine the need for therapy services. Develop and implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services. Complete client treatment notes and reports on time, meeting insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements. Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals. Collaborate with members of the client’s care team. Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
