Commercial Insurance Sales / Business Development Established independent insurance brokerage is seeking Commercial Insurance Producers and proven B2B sales professionals to develop new commercial business. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business Cold calling, networking, and referral development Build relationships with business owners and executives Manage sales pipeline and close new accounts Conduct client meetings and present solutions Maintain CRM and sales activity Ideal Background 2+ years successful B2B sales/business development Commercial insurance experience strongly preferred but not required Proven hunter mentality and new business development Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills CRM experience Valid driver's license B2B backgrounds considered Payroll/PEO, staffing, banking, SaaS, logistics, manufacturing, facility services, security, telecommunications, and other consultative sales environments. Schedule Initially onsite; hybrid after approximately 60 days.
