ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joy Harvey-Washington - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

What You'll Do:

• Build and Maintain Relationships: Connect with customers and provide follow-up support as needed.
• Educate and Inform: Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to explain insurance options.
• Lead and Succeed: Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market our products and services.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
