Senior Compensation Manager
Join our team as a Senior Compensation Manager in Burr Ridge, IL. We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Senior Compensation Manager at our Burr Ridge, IL location. As the Senior Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and administer compensation programs
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay practices
- Analyze and evaluate job positions to determine appropriate salary levels
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
