Senior Manager, US Spanish Growth

Role Description

As the Senior Manager, US Spanish Growth at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. What will you do?

• Localize and tailor the BetterHelp product to serve Spanish speakers in the US.
• Manage BetterHelp’s marketing budget aimed at Spanish speakers.
• Optimize the media mix and marketing budget across all channels, including Paid Search, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Podcast, and Radio.
• Represent the cultural nuance, needs, and preferences of the US Hispanic audience.
• Manage supply and demand balance for Spanish speaking therapists and clients.
• Use data and business cases to champion Spanish speaking segment growth.
• Work & influence cross-functionally and asynchronously with BetterHelp teams (including product, compliance, legal, engineering, clinical operations, and more).
• Develop the medium and long term growth plan, product, and marketing localization for Spanish speakers in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working in fast-paced technology, marketing, and/or consulting companies.
• Fluent in Spanish - both written and spoken.
• Deep familiarity with US Hispanic consumer attitudes and preferences.
