The candidate will have the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits their 40-hour week, whether it's five 8-hour days, four 10-hour days, or another variation. Enjoy a work-life balance with no weekend shifts and no on-call duties.Experienced occupational therapists and new graduates with pediatric rotation experience are encouraged to apply!As an Occupational Therapist at Driscoll Children's Hospital's Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps pediatric patients reach their highest level of function and independence. You'll assess developmental and functional needs, create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, and educate families on home programs to support continued progress.This role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, participation in care planning meetings, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
