Role: Certified Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities Assess, plan, and administer respiratory therapies to diverse patient populations Manage ventilators and perform diagnostic tests Respond to respiratory emergencies in ICU, ER, and acute care units Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop care plans Educate patients and families on respiratory care Ensure compliance with safety and infection-control standards Qualifications & Skills Certification as a Respiratory Therapist Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
